5-minutes easy Kidney beans hummus
2 cups (15.5 oz can) Cooked Kidney Beans
1/4 cup Tahini
2 cloves Garlic
3 tbsp Olive oil
Red pepper flakes
Add the peas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, water and olive oil to a food processor.
Pulse until completely smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
You can drizzle some olive oil on top and sprinkle with red pepper flakes! The best of taste with fresh vegetables!
