  • Sometimes the Greek yogurt-based sauce can feel heavy with the air-fried fish. One way to get around this is to whip the dipping sauce. This will give you a lighter consistency that brings the flavors together.

Step 1

Cut the cod fish into 2" pieces. Make sure your fish doesn't have any bones.
Beat eggs in the first shallow dish, add flour, chili powder, salt and pepper to the second bowl, and panko, parmesan cheese to the third bowl.

Dip fish in the flour mixture, then in the eggs and in the breadcrumbs mixture. Fish pieces should be well coated.

Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 200°C/400°F. Place breaded fish pieces in greased air fryer basket and cook at 200°C/400°F for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool 2-3 minutes and cut into sticks.

In the same time, while your fish cooking, make the sauce. Add all sauce ingredients to the food processor and pulse until well combined.

In the medium bowl, mix chopped green cabbage with 1/2 cup creamy cilantro sauce.
