Healthy Short Pasta with Cheese Sauce and Vegetables
5 cups Short Pasta
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup Yellow Onionchopped
4-5 Medium Mushroomssliced
1 cup Frozen Vegetable Mix
1 cup Broccoli
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
For cheese sauce
3 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Garlicminced
2 1/2 cups Whole Milk
1 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp Hot Mustard
Healthy short pasta with cheese sauce and vegetables it really doesn’t get any better than this!
Macaroni with cheese is always a perfect combination, but if you add vegetables there, they will be much more healthy.
My husband loves pasta. He can eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so I try to diversify his “macaroni diet” with vegetables.

Cheese pasta recipe is perfect for busy people because it’s easy, quickly (less than 30 minutes) and delicious.
I can call this recipe “Upgraded mac and cheese” because even children who can’t stand vegetables will eat them in this dish.
I love cheese so much, and this recipe contains a lot of cheese: parmesan, mozzarella, cheddar cheese. The cheesy sauce makes pasta so creamy, so tender and amazing!
When pasta is baking with sauce and vegetables, it absorbs all flavors from cheese sauce and combines perfectly with all ingredients.
While I cook pasta with cheese sauce I can’t wait to taste it, It’s so MOUTHWATERING!
Don’t forget to sprinkle MORE CHEESE before serving.
This pasta tastes just as good the next day!
Add a 1/2 cup of milk and reheat slowly over medium heat until very warm and enjoy!
