For this recipe I need:

– old fashioned oats

– flaxseed meal

– chopped walnuts

– hemp seeds

– canned pumpkin puree

– packed light brown sugar

– honey

– unsalted butter

These ingredients will be enough to cook 8 servings! You can make stocks for a few days this way. And maybe for the whole week or more! Of course, you can reduce the ingredients to make fewer servings.

Preheat the oven to 300°F/150°C. Heat a small pot over medium heat and add the brown sugar, honey, butter, and salt. Mix all ingredients and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved, for 3-5 minutes. Next, add the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice, stir until fully mixed. In a big mixing bowl combine all remaining ingredients: oats, flaxseed meal, walnuts, pumpkin and hemp seeds. Pour pumpkin sugar mixture over the oat mixture. Stir with the rubber spatula or wooden spoon.
