Mouthwatering warm salad with mushrooms and chicken

Heat olive oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced chicken breast and fry until golden for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove chicken from pan, let cool for a few minutes and chop it.

Add sliced mushrooms and fry for 5-6 minutes, add sliced chicken and heat for 2-3 minutes. Keep it warm under the foil.

In a small bowl combine all ingredients for dressing, season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a medium salad bowl, mix cherry tomatoes, iceberg lettuce and dressing.

Add warm chicken and mushrooms before serving, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and enjoy!
