Super cute coconut snowballs

No bake chocolate biscuit balls recipe is a  traditional Swedish confectionery product on Christmas Day.

In Sweden, chocolate balls are made from sugar, cooking oil, oat flakes, vanilla sugar and depending on the recipe with the addition of a few drops of strong coffee or rum.
In Israel chocolate balls (a cake-potato) are made from biscuits or from the remains of any biscuits lying around the house.

According to the Swedish version, you can’t make balls without oat flakes, which replace with biscuits. In the classic recipe says before serving chocolate balls should be rolled in coconut flakes. Even more strict and even more classic version of the recipe does not say anymore, but it requires sprinkling finished chocolate balls with a mixture of ground and broken almonds.
I make a variation of the traditional recipe SUPER CHOCOLATE BALLS. There is one more balls recipe Pumpkin cinnamon cheesecake truffles

No bake chocolate biscuit balls are very easy dessert, you do not need to waste time for baking or dipping in chocolate and wait until it set. Just mix everything, make balls, roll them in coconut and BOOM -chocolate delight is ready to eat QUICKLY SIMPLE EASY!

I am sure that by the end of the day all balls will be eaten and your family will ask you to make more baaalls!
Chocolate lovers will appreciate these sweets. Most of all I like to eat them with milk, it is the taste of childhood

They remind me winter because they look like snowballs, it’s nice to eat a few pieces of cocoa on a winter’s evening and do not bother about a diet (forget about a diet, because it’s simply impossible to hold back)

You can serve on a Christmas table, coconut makes them so festive.

Suggestions

If your mixture is very dry add a little more condensed milk or whole milk if it too moist you can add more cookie crumbs. The mixture should be soft, not too hard and not liquid
It is best to serve room temperature balls, they will be so soft and tender.

You can make them now and freeze ’em for later, so you will always have something sweet in your fridge.

Keep them in the fridge for one week.

I recommend you watching my video of this recipe so you won’t miss any step.
