Hi everybody!
I want to share with you a new recipe Oven-baked salmon fillet with herbs & lemon. Salmon is very useful and easy to prepare. One of the advantages of this dish hasn’t small bones. My husband does not eat fish because of this.

Before cooking, I get all the bones out and carefully check that the fillet has no bones
This is one of my favorite dietary recipes, with a minimum of calories.

I as a person who watches my nutrition, I always try to vary it with new and delicious recipes with fish and meat.
Fish with lemon is a classic combination, but if you add a bit of herbs such as rosemary and thyme, it will play completely new colors.
Baking in herbs gives fish a wonderful aroma and taste.

I like to cook this recipe on Sundays. This has become a tradition, you are not in a hurry and you can completely enjoy cooking playing with aromas of herbs and spices.

Thyme makes me crazy, I love it so much, when it combined with fish and lemon – I love Thyme even more!

Some Tips for Baked Salmon fillet with herbs

Vegetables will become an easy and delicious side dish to your fish, you can also serve it with a salad or a quinoa.
Now I will show you the easiest and tastiest salmon recipe, you don’t have to wait until it is marinated, because the whole process takes place in the oven, where it is marinated with herbs and sour lemon, and all this combination melts in your mouth.
The most important thing is not to overbake the salmon when the temperature inside reaches 65C, your fish is ready.
Salmon will go well with a glass of white wine

Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F, line a baking form with parchment paper.

Step 2

Season salmon fillet with salt and pepper on the both sides, squeeze lemon juice over fillet.

Put few sprigs of thyme and rosemary on the parchment paper, add 3 lemon slices on top.
Transfer seasoned salmon to the baking form and cover with thyme, rosemary and lemon slices.

In a big mixing bowl, add all vegetables, dried basil, thyme sprigs and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until combine ( all vegetables must be covered in herbs).

Put vegetable mix in the baking form around salmon and bake for 30-40 minutes.

Step 6

Serve warm with roasted vegetables and yogurt sauce.

1/2 lemon juiced
Thyme
Rosemary
1/2 lemon sliced
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
4 medium mushrooms sliced
1/2 zucchini sliced
1 celery stalk chopped
1 tbsp dried basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
