    Some tips for your successful White Wine Chicken

    Always season your chicken with salt and pepper before cooking

    When browning the chicken – be sure your pan is hot and the oil is shimmering in the pan. If you use a big pan fry no more than 2-3 chicken pieces at once.

    Simmer your mushrooms, chicken with wine for 10-15 minutes, the alcohol in the wine should evaporate.

    Thyme tastes wonderful – I don’t think you can add too much. YOU CAN NEVER HAVE ENOUGH THYME, Believe me! Of course, it’s better to use fresh thyme than dry but if you don’t have fresh you can change it with dry.

    You can serve your chicken with vegetable or green salad.

    Cut the chicken breast in half and pound them to ¼ inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper on each side

    In a big pan heat olive oil and butter over medium heat until completely melted. Add onion and thyme, cook, until onion becomes golden and tender

    Add mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes, remove pan from heat, transfer mushrooms and onion to the bowl and return pan on the heat. Add pounded chicken breast and fry for 4-5 minutes per side

    Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes
