Ingredients

  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 scoops vanilla vegan protein powder
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 1 ½ - 2 cups plant-based milk

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients except the plant-based milk into a blender.
  • Pour ¼ cup of milk into the blender and start blending.
  • Gradually pour remaining milk into the blender and blend until all the ingredients are smooth and you’ve achieved your desired thickness.
  • Pour into a glass and top with extra berries and hemp seeds before serving.

Notes

You can use any plant-based milk that you love. I use lite coconut milk.
