No Sugar Lavender Lemonade

  • 3/4 cup agave nectar
  • 5 cups water divided
  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Powder
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • A small handful of fresh lavender flowers or a 1 tbsp of dried lavender flowers


  • In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water, agave nectar and lavender flowers to a boil. Leave to boil for 3-4 minutes for the flavors to infuse.
  • Remove from the heat and allow to cool down to room temperature.
  • When cooled, strain and pour into a container with a lid. Seal the container and place in the refrigerator to chill.
  • In a large pitcher, mix together the lemon juice, chilled lavender syrup, remaining water and blue butterfly pea flower powder. Stir the lemon slices into the pitcher.
  • Add ice cubes and lavender springs into glasses before pouring over the lavender lemonade.
